Results and descriptions of tests and examinations

Important!

The results are made available in Medicover OnLine automatically after 20:00 on the day of their receipt. The doctor comments on the results on the first day of his/her work. The original copy of your examination/test results can be collected at any Medicover Centre. Before you come to collect your results, please call the Customer Service Centre and make sure they are ready.

  • Open the “Examination results” (Wyniki badań) tab and read your results and the comment of your physician
  • If you have any additional questions, ask the physician who ordered the examination/test
  • You can also use online consultation with your doctor and request an interpretation of your results
  • You can also call the Customer Service Centre at 500 900 500 and request a contact with a nurse (healthcare coordinator) in order to consult your results
