He has been associated with Medicover since 2012. Since January 2026, he has been the President of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o. Due to organisational changes within the company, he is responsible for all Medicover business lines in Poland, including Medicover medical centres, opticians, pharmacies, fitness clubs, sports packages and the benefits platform, as well as hospital activities, dentistry, mental health, infertility treatment and medical centres operating on a fee-for-service model.

Previously, since 2019, as Managing Director of the Healthcare Services Business Division, Medicover was responsible for the range of medical services (the operation of Medicover medical centres throughout the country) as well as non-medical services, such as Medicover Sport sports packages, the Medicover Benefits cafeteria programme, and the development of a network of fitness clubs and gyms.

In January 2024, Artur Białkowski took up the position of President of the Management Board of Pracodawcy Medycyny Prywatnej (Private Medicine Employers). He has been associated with this organisation for many years, previously as Vice-President of the Management Board and Member of the Management Board. He is also a member of the Employers' Council of the Republic of Poland and a member of the Health and Accident Insurance Committee of the Polish Chamber of Insurance.

Piotr Wojciechowski

Financial Director

With Medicover from September 2011. Graduate of Cracow University of Economics and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.  His professional career includes several years of work on managerial positions in financial departments of international companies. From 2003, he has worked at Shell Polska, first as Head of Finance Operations Manager, then – as Financial Director.  Earlier, he had worked at Credit Suisse First Boston where he performed a double function of Financial Controller and Compliance Officer, supporting the departments of investment banking and brokerage.

Krzysztof Świetlik
Director of the Sales and Marketing Department.,
Member of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o. responsible for commercial matters

Krzysztof Świetlik has been with Medicover since 2017. He is the Director of the Sales and Marketing Department, where he is responsible for, among other things, developing the offer for business customers, building the value of health services for employers and implementing strategies supporting the ‘Healthy Company’.

Since 2018, he has been Vice-President of the Management Board of Medicover Sport sp. z o.o., a company developing sports packages for companies and providing access to a wide network of sports and recreation facilities throughout Poland. Since 2020, he has also been the President of the Management Board of Medicover Benefits
Sp. z o.o., responsible for the development of digital solutions for employee benefits.

He actively represents the company in the industry media, commenting on the importance of prevention, the digitisation of healthcare and the growing role of modern medical tools in the workplace.

Łukasz Krause
Member of the Management Board of Medicover sp. z o.o.,
Group Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO)

Since July 2025, Łukasz Krause has held the role of Group Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) and is a member of the Executive Management Team at Medicover.

Since joining Medicover (in July 2022), he has served as Director of the Digital and IT Division and was responsible for the technology and innovation area in 8 countries: in Poland, India, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany. He was responsible for the implementation of an optimal IT architecture model for the Healthcare Services area, Medicover, including the provision of a framework for the effective exchange and use of data, as well as the further development of technology and digital innovation.

Łukasz Krause is an IT specialist with more than 15 years of experience, gained among others in the pharmaceutical, energy and industrial sectors. As part of his professional development to date, he has, among other things, led transformations of IT units, implemented modern enterprise architecture, data management models, advanced analytics and been responsible for the delivery of digital platforms and competence development of IT teams.

Łukasz Krause is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, where he studied automation, telecommunications and biomedical electronics, holds an MBA from Stockholm University and developed skills for building effective strategies in the digital age at the French INSEAD school.

 

Wojciech Łukasiewicz
Director of the Operations Department.,
Member of the Management Board of Medicover Sp. z o.o. responsible for operations

Wojciech Łukasiewicz has been with Medicover since 2021, where he serves as Director of the Operations Department. In his role, he is responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of operational processes, as well as activities aimed at improving the efficiency of medical facilities, including key initiatives related to the digitisation of systems and reducing the phenomenon of ‘no-shows’. He actively participates in the development of new Medicover facilities.

Previously, he gained experience as Regional Operations Director and Operational Analysis Director at Medicover, as well as in the logistics sector, working for Jerónimo Martins and DHL in managerial positions related to operational analysis, projects and process management.

He holds a master's degree in management from the University of Warsaw.
