The Patient Guide is an interactive collection of information that has been created to provide our patients with support in the effective use of the wide range of medical services offered by Medicover, both in routine and emergency situations.

The guide contains detailed information about our services, forms of contact with specialists, as well as the use of the innovative Medicover OnLine application, which enables remote access to healthcare. In addition, the Patient's Guide describes in detail the procedures related to making appointments, examinations, ordering e-Prescriptions and medical records as well as using Occupational Medicine examinations, which allows patients to make conscious use of the available medical services.
