Booking and cancelling appointments

How do I make an appointment?

Online

You can make an appointment online using the Medicover OnLine application (https://mol.medicover.pl). It is available in two versions:

limited version – allows you to book and cancel appointments and access information on the scope of your medical services

full version – provides full access to our services (e.g. making and cancelling appointments, accessing information on the scope of our medical services, accessing test results, ordering prescriptions, contacting the doctor).
To be able to use the system in its full version you need to collect your login and password at the reception desk of any Medicover Centre.

By telephone

You can schedule an appointment by calling the Medicover Call Centre (at 500 900 500) from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you are making an appointment for a minor, please remember that the child’s legal guardian should accompany the child during the visit. Upon arrival, the guardian will be requested to produce his or her identification document with a photograph.

How do I schedule an appointment at a cooperating facility?

An appointment at a medical facility can be booked by calling the facility directly. The current list of facilities and contact details is available at www.medicover.pl in the “Find us quickly” section. In the diagnostic and treatment process, a patient using the services of a Medicover Centre may require consultations in a medical facility outside the Medicover facilities. The patient will receive a referral from a Medicover doctor for their visit to an indicated cooperating facility.

How do I book a home visit?

You can book a home visit by calling the Hot Line Medicover at 500 900 999.

Home visit eligibility

In the case of persons with access to “care at the patient’s location for medical reasons”, home visits are approved by the Medicover Hot Line medical consultant on the basis of information received from patients. If no medical indications are noted that would confirm that a home visit is necessary, a doctor on duty or a Hot Line consultant will provide advice and recommend further actions.

If you arrive up to 5 minutes late, you will still be seen by your doctor. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the doctor may decide to shorten your visit or reschedule it. This depends on whether the doctor determines there is enough time for you to be examined properly and for you to receive the adequate quality from the medical service.

How do I schedule an occupational medicine appointment?

In order to schedule an occupational medicine examination, please call the Occupational Medicine Hotline (at 500 900 700), open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. To ensure the highest standards of service and to schedule the appropriate examinations and consultations, please call the Hotline only after your employer has issued a referral for the examinations.
