Basic Information
- In connection with the implementation of the Law of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, we are launching the WhistleB System at your disposal, which as a channel for receiving internal reports.
- The detailed procedure and rules for accepting and handling internal reports via the WhistleB system, as well as taking follow-up actions are regulated in the Common Procedure for Reporting Breaches and Whistleblower Protection, as well as in separate procedures dedicated to individual entities.
- The WhistleB system is designed not only to facilitate the submission of internal reports but also to ensure the confidentiality and security of the entire process.
What is a "violation"?
A violation is an act or omission that is unlawful or intended to circumvent the law, relating exclusively to:
- corruption;
- public procurement;
- financial services, products, and markets;
- prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
- product safety and compliance;
- transport safety;
- protection of the environment;
- radiological protection and nuclear safety;
- food and feed safety;
- animal health and welfare;
- public health;
- consumer protection;
- protection of privacy and personal data;
- security of networks and tele information systems;
- the financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local self -government, and the European Union;
- the European Union internal market, including public law rules on competition, state aid and corporate taxation;
- constitutional freedoms and rights – occurring in the relations between an individual and public authorities and not related to the areas indicated in the points above.
How do I report a violation?

Handling of the application
- Your notification will be analysed by an authorized coordinator.
- You will be informed within 7 days whether you notification has been accepted for further examination or whether it has been refused.
- The investigation should be completed within a maximum of 60 days from the date of confirmation of acceptance of the notification.

- WhistleB's platform for receving reports securely and confidentially has been provided to respond quickly and efficiently to infringements and to prevent future infringements, ensuring the protection of the Whistleblower. If you have knowledge of a breach, you are encouraged to submit such information via the WhistleB platform
- Independently, the Whistleblower is entitled to make external reports. External reports should be addressed to the Ombudsman or to public authorities and, where appropriate, to the European Union institutions, bodies or agencies.
- Up-to-date information on external reporting procedures and contact details for external reporting are available on the websites of the relevant offices, institutions, bodies or agencies.
