The total value of the project amounts to PLN 1,250,000,000.00, of which the contribution from the European Funds is PLN 996,375,000.00.
MEDICOVER Spółka z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnością has received a grant of PLN 600,000.00 for the implementation of the undertaking.
With the funds received, we will purchase high-quality equipment, accessible to all, including:
- medical equipment and devices for diagnostic activities, preventive services, and improving the accessibility and efficiency of the healthcare system (including, among others, a rapid diagnostics analyser – various tests including CRP, multipurpose ultrasound machine, shadowless diagnostic lamp, UV lamp for bacteria and virus elimination, temperature-monitored refrigerator, vein visualizer, mobile ECG device, bilirubinometer, dermatoscope, Doppler flow detector, foetal heart rate detector, e-stethoscopes, portable electronic baby scale, ergometer for stress tests, blood pressure Holter, ECG Holter, cardiotocograph, new-born training manikin for antenatal education, nebuliser, air purifier, spirometer, medical tablet, scale for people with disabilities);
- server and network equipment, computer hardware to improve access, safety, and the development of the medical facility’s IT infrastructure (including, among others, laptops, system software, tablet/smartphone with essential functions for patient communication, computer UPS, multifunction device, and All-in-One computer sets).
The project is targeted at all entities providing medical services under agreements with the National Health Fund for the provision of primary healthcare (PHC) services, and its benefits will be available to patients of the facility.
Main objectives of the project:
- to increase access to PHC services in economically underdeveloped areas, rural regions, and areas at risk of losing or having limited access to PHC, by providing adequate support through the supply of essential equipment, including diagnostic tools;
- to increase the accessibility and efficiency of the healthcare system in terms of reducing regional disparities in access to health services.
Expected outcomes of the project:
- improved access to basic and specialist healthcare services;
- better protection of citizens’ health and well-being against environmental threats and negative impacts;
- opening of new primary healthcare centres, particularly in less densely populated areas;
- improved quality of healthcare services and strengthened resilience of the medical system.

- Tarasy Grabiszyńskie Medicover Centre: PLN 300,000.00;
- Olsztyn Medicover Centre: PLN 300,000.00.
Prezentowanych informacji o charakterze medycznym nie należy traktować jako wytycznych postępowania medycznego w stosunku do każdego pacjenta.
