Our patients’ evaluation and satisfaction survey about the quality of the services provided by our hospital is even better than last year’s! Thank you for your trust!

The Medicover Hospital’s team with their everyday thorough work ensures to their patients the highest standards of medical care, safety and comfort.

The quality of their work is regularly evaluated by our patients and verified by the satisfaction surveys and the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

We are proud to announce that we have received the evaluation score for the year 2019, and the results go as follows:

-Inpatient score is 88 (patients who have spent more than 1 night in the hospital)

-Outpatient score is 74 (patients requiring one-off hospital aid)

It is worth mentioning that in the whole year 2019 the hospital have received 190 compliments from patients in the last quarter. This is the highest score we have received in the past 2 years and it is 76% higher than the score in the third quarter of the year 2019.
