Out-patient emergency services in Warsaw

Out of concern for the safety and health of our Patients as well as acting in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector in case of sudden illnesses and infections, we provide medical advice by phone conversation which you can book by our Medicover OnLine application.
From March 13th, the emergency outpatient consultations at the Wilanów Hospital will be carried out only in the case of orthopaedic injuries between 16:00 and 22:00. In life-threatening cases, please contact the Medicover Hot Line +48 500 900 999.

For emergency paediatric and internal medicine, Hot Line Medicover dispatchers:

  • will provide the necessary medical advice;
  • will specify the facility that should be contacted, the working hours of the facility
  • in a life-threatening situation, they will decide on an ambulance dispatch and/or arrange a visit of a doctor (if medically justified)

IMPORTANT

Patients with symptoms of influenza or cold or with a suspicion of coronavirus infection are welcome to contact us remotely by calling the Telephone Medical Advice +48 500 900 510 – our general practitioners will make appropriate recommendations; they can also issue an e-presc.ription and/or e-referral for additional examinations and consultations with other specialists.

Healthcare at Medicover Centres
