HOW TO GET YOUR PASSWORD?

	*Quickly, securely and without leaving home - with online banking.**
	Open the application and click "Get access". Enter your Medicover card number and PESEL. Choose your bank and follow the instructions. *A solution available to customers of selected banks.
	At the Medicover Centre reception desk:
	Bring an ID document with your photo and get your password at the reception desk. You can also get a password for your child aged below 18.
