Impediments with access to the Medicover Hotline

Dear Patients, we would like to inform you that the issue with the telecommunications service has been resolved, and we are slowly coming back to full capacity. However, due to the issue occurring, the waiting time on our Hot Line may be extended. We ask for your patience and understanding. We are doing all we can to go back to regular services.

We also encourage you to use our mobile app or Medicover OnLine.

As we informed previously, patients who had their telephone medical advice planned but could not have it due to telecommunication failure will be contacted by Medicover to reschedule the visit. 

Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
