How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment with an optometric examination at our showroom in several ways:

• In person or by telephone at the showroom (664 734 521)
• By a helpline (500 900 925)
• Via the Medicover OnLine application
• In Medistore

Please remember to bring your glasses to the optometric examination. If you wear contact lenses, you should remove them at least 20 minutes before your appointment.

Optical showroom location

Medicover Optyk Royal Wilanów showroom is located in the retail and office complex at ul. Klimczaka 1, opposite the Wilanów District Office. The Wilanów Palace, the Wilanów Beach or the Temple of Divine Providence are in the vicinity.

The entrance to the showroom is inside the courtyard, opposite the exit from the underground car park.

Access by public transport

The convenient location of the optical showroom makes it easy to reach us via public transport. Convenient access is provided by bus lines 116, 130, 131, 139, 163, 164, 180, 200, 251, 264, 317, 339, 519, E-2 (Wilanów stop). Bus stops are just a 3–7-minute walk from the showroom.

Access by car

Those using a car can leave their car in the underground car park, free of charge for Medicover patients for 1.5 hour. The entrance to the car park is from ul. Klimczaka.

There is a lot of car traffic in the area, so it is advisable to reserve an extra few minutes before your planned visit.
