How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment with an optometric examination at our showroom in several ways:

• In person or by telephone at the showroom (734 451 692)
• Via a helpline (500 900 925)
• Via the Medicover OnLine application
• In Medistore

 Please remember to bring your glasses to the optometric examination. If you wear contact lenses, you should remove them at least 20 minutes before your appointment.

Optical showroom location

The Medicover Optyk Podgórska showroom is located in the city centre, in Medicover Medical Centre at ul. Podgórska 36 from the Vistula side. The showroom has a view of the boulevards and the Vistula River.

There is the Kazimierz district in the vicinity with its unique atmosphere and the Galeria Kazimierz shopping centre.

You can enter the showroom through the Medicover Medical Centre, pharmacy, or dentist.

Access by public transport

The convenient location of the optical showroom makes it easy to reach us via public transport. Convenient access is provided by bus lines 669 and 904 (Św. Wawrzyńca stop) or trams 3, 8, 13, 19, 24 (Św. Wawrzyńca stop). Bus and tram stops are just an 8-minute walk from the showroom.

Access by car

Those using a car can leave their car in the underground car park, free of charge for Medicover patients for 1.5 hour. The entrance to the car park is from ul. Gęsia.

There is a lot of car traffic in the area, so it is advisable to reserve an extra few minutes before your planned visit.
