How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment with an optometric examination at our showroom in several ways:

• In person or by telephone at the showroom (660 694 070)
• Via a helpline (500 900 925)
• Via the Medicover OnLine application
• In Medistore

Please remember to bring your glasses to the optometric examination. If you wear contact lenses, you should remove them at least 20 minutes before your appointment.

Optical showroom location

Medicover Optyk store in at ul. Matyi 8 is located near the Old Town Square in Poznań.

The entrance to the showroom is from the inner courtyard of the office building, right next to the entrance to the Medicover Dentistry.

Access by public transport

Thanks to a convenient location of our optical showroom, you can reach us by public transport (there is the Wierzbięcice tram stop nearby and a railway station)

Access by car

Medicover customers can use the open car park located at ul. Przemysłowa 2, right next to our optical showroom. To use it free of charge, you need to collect a ticket, upon presentation of which a voucher is issued in the showroom.
