Centrum Medicover - Gdańsk Forum

Spring is almost upon us – it’s time to prepare for the tick season. Protect yourself and your loved ones from tick‑borne encephalitis and its complications.

Please remember to take a photo ID with you to the appointment at the Medicover Centre.

We would like to invite you to use medical services at the Medicover Centre Forum Gdańsk, located within the Forum Gdańsk complex at ul. Targ Sienny 7 (entrance from ul. Targ Rakowy). The Centre can be found near the Kunszt Wodny (“Waterworks”) building and the post office (on the ground floor of the Medicover building, there is an H&M store).

On an area of over 1,100 sqm, the Centre features:

• more than 30 state-of-the-art doctor’s offices, where our patients can consult internists, paediatricians and other specialists (from over 20 specialities in total);
• laboratories: X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography;
• a blood collection point for children:
• Monday-Friday: 08:00-10:00.

• We would like to inform you that laboratory tests can also be performed outside the Medicover Centre:

on the basis of referrals issued at Medicover Centres

• at the Synevo Blood Drawing Point located in Gdańsk at al. Rzeczypospolitej 33 (the blood collection service is also available for children);
• at the Synevo Blood Drawing Point located in Gdynia at ul. Bema 16 (the blood collection service is also available for children).

Medicover patients can use public spaces available in the car park located in the retail and service section of Forum Gdańsk, on levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 (entrance from ul. 3 Maja). Please note that there is a parking fee, payable in accordance with the regulations applicable at the Forum Mall. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the Medicover Centre from the car park.
