The Health Coach is someone who will help you achieve your lifestyle change goals. The Health Coach combines two mutually compatible areas: diet and exercise. Our Health Coaches are educated in dietetics or physiotherapy. A consultation with a Health Coach constitutes medical advice, which guarantees its highest quality.
About the consultation- Your Health Coach will conduct a lifestyle interview to determine: your level of fitness and current physical activity, your diet, your biggest nutritional errors, and possible medical contraindications
- He or she will analyse your body composition and measure your resting heart rate
- Next, together with your coach you will set goals and your preferences for how you want to achieve them
- Finally, the Health Coach will suggest the best course of action and provide necessary guidance
- You will learn what you have to do to get in shape, improve your fitness and general well-being
- You will see how much muscle, fat and water you have in your body
- You will find out your metabolic age
- You will find out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
- You will find out your resting heart rate
- You will receive nutritional advice (nutritional errors and recommendations)
- You will receive advice on physical activity (weaknesses, recommended exercises)
Within the healthcare plan, Medicover patients are entitled to one free consultation with the Health Coach.
