Through the Medicover OnLine Patient Portal, you can order a copy of your medical records directly to the selected Medicover Centre.
Choose the range of records and the location, date and method of collection that is most convenient for you.
We will inform you via a text message when your records are ready to be picked up.
Remember that ordering medical records is only possible through the full version of the Medicover OnLine Patient Portal - after logging in with the Patient's individual password.
If you do not have a password yet, collect it at the reception desk of any Medicover Centre. This password will also be used to log in to the Medicover Mobile Application.
