Important changes to the travel insurance services

We would like to inform you that the name of the insurer, AIG Europe Limited Branch in Poland, and the contact telephone number to be used in case of an unforeseen illness or accident during the trip will change as of 1 March 2018.

The name of the insurance company will be Colonnade Insurance S.A. Oddział w Polsce. The Assistance Centre shall be authorised to act on behalf of the insurance company.

In case of an unforeseen illness or accident, the insured person should immediately contact the Assistance Centre at + 48 22 483 39 70 (the service is available in Polish and in English).

If the insured person does not contact the Assistance Centre, in order to request any refund of the costs incurred, the insured person should submit a written request to:
