It’s important to exclude diseases such as diabetes or problems with the body's hormonal balance. The main thing is to make a conscious decision about losing weight and in no case be guided by miracle starvation diets. 

Returning to normal weight or losing weight is important, but it is equally important to do it wisely and without causing any harm to your body.
