How and where can I book appointments at a partner facility?

You can book an appointment for consultations or tests directly with the partner facility, either in person or by phone. Contact details for partner facilities are available on the website in the Centres and Doctors tab, or by calling the Medicover HotLine at 500 900 500. You can cancel your appointment by contacting the partner facility directly.

What can I do at the Medicover Online Patient Portal and the Medicover Mobile Application?

Through the Medicover OnLine Patient Portal and the Medicover Mobile Application you can book an e-visit and check the list of partner facilities.

During an e-visit, patients may receive advice in the following areas:

  • colds, fever, cough
  • abdominal pain, vomiting, fever
  • urinary tract infections
  • rashes
  • health prophylaxis
  • other health problems
  • discussion of test results
  • medication advice

How do I log into the full version of the Medicover OnLine Patient Portal? It’s simple – get your individual password.

You can receive your password by:

  • Signing the Terms and Conditions at any Medicover Centre
  • Downloading the Terms and Conditions after logging in to the simplified version of the portal using your PESEL number. Print and sign the Terms and Conditions and send it to: Customer Care Centre, Al. Solidarności 34, 25-323 Kielce.

After we receive your signed Terms and Conditions we will send you a password allowing you to access the full version of the site.

How can I receive a consultation without leaving home?

E-visit:

Chats with doctors are available through the full version of Medicover OnLine.

You can log in to the full version of the system by entering your Medicover card number and an eight-digit individual password. You will receive your password after sending the Terms and Conditions to: Customer Care Centre, Al. Solidarności 34, 25-323 Kielce.

Before your first consultation, please read and accept the Medicover Telemedical Advice Terms and Conditions.

Telephone Medical Advice

Telephone advice is provided by family physicians (internists, paediatricians, family medicine doctors). They are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to midnight, Saturdays from 2:00 pm to midnight, and Sundays from 4:00pm to midnight.

How can I receive assistance in emergency situations?

In case of a sudden accident, please contact the Hot Line

Medicover HotLine is a 24/7 medical hotline where dispatchers assist with the following:

  • providing information on the closest medical facility where the patient can receive help in an emergency situation
  • coordinating ambulance dispatch in cases of sudden illness or accidents
  • referring for consultation with emergency services physician
  • arranging home visits of emergency services internists or paediatricians, as well as nursing visits to perform procedures ordered by a Medicover physician

Medical dispatchers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Where can I access benefit information?

Log on to Medicover OnLine at mol.medicover.pl and from the top menu choose My Profile, then Card Coverage. Enter the type of service you are interested in and check whether it is covered by your medical care plan. If your medical care plan is provided by your employer, you can also obtain information on the scope of services and general conditions from your employer.

How can I book Occupation Medicine examinations?

You can book your appointment for the examinations directly with the partner facility, either in person or by phone. Contact details for partner facilities are available on the website in the Centres and Doctors tab, or by calling the Medicover HotLine at 500 900 500. You can cancel your appointment by contacting the partner facility directly.
