- classes for pregnant women
INDIVIDUAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST CONSULTATION
You will have an opportunity to have a free consultation with a Damian Rehabilitation Centre’s certified physiotherapist. During the consultation you can seek advice, for instance, about spinal-pain prevention, therapy after orthopedic injuries. Our physiotherapist will also answer other questions that you might have.

CLASSES FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
We invite all moms-to-be to take part in a class with a physiotherapist. During the class, the physiotherapist will advise how to deal with swollen legs or back-pains during the pregnancy. He will talk about the benefits of massages dedicated to pregnant woman. The participants will also receive instructions of simple and safe exercises that they can do in the comfort of their homes. The exercises will help the body be prepared for the labor.
Times of classes:
GROUP 1: 10.00-10.45
GROUP 2: 10.45-11.30
GROUP 3: 11.30-12.15
GROUP 4: 12.15-13.00
GROUP 5: 13.00-13.45
