The Dentistry Discount Card is dedicated to everyone, irrespective of their age and sex.
It offers a wide range of dental treatment at very attractive prices, including free-of-charge dental check-ups, discounts for fillings, root canal treatment, implants, whitening, and other dental services.
The card works like a voucher – you pay only for the services performed until you reach the limit available on the card. You can choose from cards with the nominal value between PLN 150 to PLN 10,000. For instance, if you purchase a PLN 1,000 card, you can use it to pay for your dental services until you reach the limit value of PLN 1,000.
Medicover offers the Dentistry Discount Card with the following nominal values and the following validity periods:
- PLN 150 (valid for 6 months)
- PLN 250 (valid for 6 months)
- PLN 500 (valid for 9 months)
- PLN 1,000 (valid for 12 months)
- PLN 1,500 (valid for 12 months)
- PLN 2,000 (valid for 12 months)
- PLN 3,000 (valid for 12 months)
- PLN 5,000 (valid for 12 months)
- PLN 10,000 (valid for 12 months)
